As we come to the end of another meaningful year, we would love for you to join us for our final Embracing Ministries Family Gathering for 2025 — a special Christmas celebration where we can connect, reflect, and say a heartfelt thank you for all you have poured into our community this year.
Whether you volunteered, mentored, donated, prayed, encouraged, or simply showed up with your family—your kindness and presence have helped create a space where every child, parent, sibling, and supporter is seen, welcomed, and celebrated.
This Christmas Gathering is not only a time to enjoy the joy and wonder of the season, but also an opportunity for us to honour you, our families, supporters, volunteers, and friends who help make Embracing Ministries the caring, inclusive community it is.
These gatherings are a welcoming and inclusive space where families can come together, share a meal, and build meaningful connections. The Christmas Family Gathering is a chance to pause, reflect, and celebrate the season through engaging activities, creative storytelling, and faith-filled conversations.

📖 Nativity Reflection – A short time of storytelling, scripture, and encouragement as we reflect on the birth of Christ.
🎨 Messy Church Activities – Christmas crafts, interactive storytelling, and hands-on fun for children of all ages.
🎅 Festive Entertainment – Live music and carols, Christmas Themed Photo Booth, Petting Zoo with friendly animals, Balloon twisting & face painting, Christmas-themed games suitable for all abilities, Sensory activities like playdough and kinetic sand
🍔 BBQ & Festive Food – Enjoy a free BBQ lunch and festive treats with your loved ones.
This event is designed for the whole family—including children with disabilities and their siblings, carers, parents, grandparents, and anyone who is part of the Embracing Ministries community.
At its heart, Family Gathering is a place where Christ’s love is made real through friendship, celebration, and moments shared together.
